El presiente Martín Vizcarra, comunicó durante la conferencia de prensa de está mañana, que ordena cuarentena para todos los que retornen de Italia, Francia, España y China por 14 días. Todos las personas que llegan al país, deberán comunicar si presentan síntomas o si han visitado algún país donde se ha detectado casos de coronavirus.
El presidente Martín Vizcarra anunció que el Poder Ejecutivo aprobó el decreto supremo de urgencia, debido a la situación emergencia sanitaria por el coronavirus. Además, el presidente Martín Vizcarra aplazó por 15 días el inicio del año escolar, con el fin de prevenir los contagios.
Vizcarra llamó a los peruanos a mantener la calma y pidió confiar en el sistema de salud y prevención del coronavirus en el país, el segundo mayor productor mundial de cobre.
Asimismo, señaló que se han activado los protocolos en los aeropuertos, así como los lugares de mayor afluencia de turistas, terminales marítimos y terrestre y está garantizado el suministro de insumos para el Control del coronavirus.
