Perú es el segundo país con menos ciberseguridad en América Latina
El Perú es el segundo país con menos ciberseguridad en América Latina, después de Brasil, según un estudio de CompariTech. En el mundo ocupa el puesto 17 del ranking. Entre las naciones con más riesgos en línea están Argelia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Siria e Irán, destaca Agencia Andina.
Sin embargo, en el último año, Perú ha mejorado su posición pasando del puesto 12 al 17 con una puntuación de 34.38 que incluye factores como porcentaje de infecciones de malware móvil, número de ataques de malware financiero, infecciones de malware informático, ataques telnet, ataques de criptomineros, preparación ante ciberataques y legislación sobre ciberseguridad.
Según la investigación, los puntajes se basaron en el porcentaje de usuarios atacados durante el tercer trimestre de 2019 en 76 países. Los países con los puntajes menos seguros de ciberseguridad recibieron 100 puntos, mientras que los países con los puntajes más seguros de ciberseguridad recibieron cero puntos. El puntaje total se logró promediando el puntaje de cada país en las siete categorías.
Balance mundial
En general, la mayoría mejoró su posición en el ranking. Solo Estados Unidos, Brasil, Japón, Francia, Irán y Singapur bajaron su puntaje con respecto al informe del 2019.
Argelia sigue siendo el país menos ciberseguro del mundo debido a una legislación pobre sin actualizar y a la falta de preparación ante riesgos en línea.
De otro lado, Dinamarca es el país con mejor seguridad cibernética del mundo, superando a Japón, que cayó cuatro lugares con respecto al año pasado.
La legislación más actualizada sobre seguridad cibernética: Francia, China, Rusia y Alemania.
